What this site does...

This site will give you itemised quotations for products from the huge range of Trees and Accesssories that we stock. You can then go on to use the site to place an order online. A key feature of the service is that quoted rates do vary depending upon the quantity of items selected, so remember to include all the items you require.

We hope that you find this service simple and straight forward to use, but in case you need a few quick tips then please read the following information.

What we stock...

We stock three categories of products,

trees and shrubs

shelters guards and accessories

fencing materials

How to get your itemised quotation...

move to the relevant product page

select the items for which you require a quotation

enter the quantity in the box in the pop-up window

you may add items from more than one product page if required

you can click on the "view list" button at any time to check which items you have selected so far

continue to add items unit you have completed your shopping list

when all the required items have been selected, simply click the "process quote" button

your itemised quotation will be displayed on the screen

How to place an order...

If you wish to place an order upon receipt of the quotation simply click on "process order" and complete the order information. Your order will be processed and confirmation sent within 48 hours.

Alternatively, you can save your quotation for a later date (quotes are valid for 60 days). Make a note of the order reference number. When you wish you can return to the site and after clicking on the quotation button press retrieve and enter the reference number. The orginal quote will be displayed and you can proceed as above.

You can also place your order by fax on 01787 375038 stating your quotation reference number. We will confirm your order within 48 hours.

Delivery...

We aim to fulfill orders within 14 days. Deliveries are made by carrier and require a signature on delivery. We aim to give at least 24 hours notice of delivery. Some items may be delivered directly from our suppliers and in some instances more than one delivery may be necessary.

Remember...

Ensure that your product selection list is complete before processing a requested itemised quotation or issuing an online order as our pricing structure is affected by the volume and price of the items you select. In essence, the bigger the total quantity on your list the lower your itemised quotations will be.
